Participants understand the inherent risks associated with drag racing and voluntarily assume all risks of participation, including but not limited to property damage, bodily injury, or loss of life. Participants also agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the organizers, sponsors, and officials from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their participation in the event. Participants certify that they possess the necessary skills and experience to safely operate their vehicles and will comply with all instructions provided by event officials. Participation in the drag racing competition is at the sole discretion and responsibility of the participant.
